Update the first, So I’ve have been trying my damnedest to nail down venues and events for the !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . To no avail, I get a lot of “we’re interested but no”. So I’m open to all ideas on what we should do this weekend, should we crash another event? I would love to do a lunch at a hotdog or pizza place one day. I feel bad, I feel like I spend a lot of time and effort on a project and I have nothing to show for it, I feel real bad for letting y’all down.

The old episodes are coming out on YouTube, so if you never heard them, give them a listen, I’ll be slowly uploading them over the next few weeks. There is also going to be some original video work coming out to, please let me know what you think.

It came down to cost; they were more than happy to host us. They had a event pull out for that weekend. At the end of the day it was gonna be to much money (150ish a person) for one day and add on top cones timing equipment, and such. I tried to get a auto group in the area to help out but no one was interested in it sadly

On Saturday mornings there is a Super car Saturday event we could crash. They don’t have a venue set for August 6th though

I don’t know of any events on that Sunday. Neither the Chicago SCCA, Tri-County Sports Car Club, or Stateline Rallycross has any event scheduled that weekend.

I sent Lombard cruise nights a email, I think this plus super car Saturday's and perhaps a lunch event at portillos and a tour of a brewery is gonna be what is in the cards
